Pending Applications - Lender: TD
There are times your customers will receive a pending result. The decision screen when completing the customer application is:
This will require you to call TD's Credit Office at (866) 782-7216 so they can determine approval or declined decision for that customer.
If the customer is approved, the portal will automatically update the result in the customer's application, however there may be a delay of up to an hour for this to show up in the portal. To check immediately, you can click the refresh application button to perform a real-time check on the result.
